The Good, the Bad, and the Unexpected
Staying here had its ups and downs. The stunning views over the Bosporus from the balcony were a highlight, and the staff had some helpful tips. Yet, I was disappointed by room cleanliness and inconsistent maintenance. Noise levels were also disruptive, making restful sleep a challenge. A mixed experience indeed!

comfortable stay with great service
The staff demonstrated remarkable efficiency and were available at all times, enhancing our experience greatly. Daily housekeeping kept our room immaculate, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the lunches provided by the chef were delightful and made us feel truly cared for. The city view from our room added a lovely touch, allowing us to enjoy the sights regularly.
However, access to the trams required navigating some uneven streets.

exploring iconic landmarks is a breeze from here
During my stay, I woke up to stunning views of the old city and enjoyed quick walks to major attractions like the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia, which were less than a kilometer away, making every stroll a piece of history that felt personal and engaging.

Location tops the list. The hotel is near key spots like Hagia Sophia and the Grand Bazaar. Easy to explore the city. Staff offered friendly service throughout my stay. Rooms stayed clean and tidy. Daily housekeeping ensured a comfortable environment. However, the heating system needs serious upgrading. It struggled to keep the room warm enough. Wi-Fi connectivity couldn’t keep up, often super slow. Liked having a kettle in the room, but missed paper cups. Overall, I felt the amenities could catch up with the great location and friendly service.

the shower could use an adjustable head (it sprayed everywhere), but the views from the room were outstanding (especially of the old city). the staff was super helpful with tips, and the cleaning crew did a fantastic job. very cozy stay.

The Economy Double Room was super tiny with no windows. It felt cramped and there were no chairs—just a worn-out bed. After complaining, I got moved but still faced a wall outside the window. No kettle or tea cups either, which was a bummer. Towel smelled a bit funky, and the wooden floors were super loud. Not the best experience overall.
